NORTH HAVERHILL, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man who prosecutors say attended the wedding of a police informant years before killing the man has pleaded guilty.
The Caledonian-Record reports 23-year-old Damion Yeargle, of Littleton, entered his plea Thursday to a charge of second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
Yeargle will receive a sentence of 36-to-72 years in prison as part of a plea deal with prosecutors.
Authorities say Yeargle and two other accomplices carried out the 2016 shooting of 22-year-old Robert Pierog.
Prosecutors say DNA testing of bandanas wore as disguises during the shooting came back positive for all three men.
Alleged accomplice Nicholas Skidmore pleaded guilty in May 2017 to conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with a witness. A third person heads to trial in October.
