TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police say felony arrest warrants have been issued for a couple who allegedly bound a child case aide before kidnapping their two children during what was supposed to be a supervised visit Friday.

Police say the warrant accuses non-custodial parents 30-year-old Luis Ramirez and 28-year-old Andrea Ramirez of kidnapping and domestic violence-kidnapping and that an Amber Alert was issued for 5-year-old Luis Ramirez Jr. and 6-month-old Kahmilla Ramirez.

According to police, the couple took the children during a park visit and that the state Department of Child Safety contract aide was threatened with a stun gun and tied to the tree with duct tape but not seriously injured.

Police say Luis Ramirez and Andrea Ramirez were arraigned Wednesday on sexual exploitation of a minor charges not involving their children.
