KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) - Authorities say a person of interest is in custody in a deadly shooting in Kansas City, Kansas.
Police identified the victim Monday as 25-year-old Gabriel Jackson-Lewis, of Kansas City, Kansas. The release said officers responding Sunday afternoon to a report of a shooting found that he had been wounded. Jackson-Lewis died later at a hospital. No motive was released for the shooting, and police say no formal charges have been filed yet.
The investigation is ongoing.
