BILOXI, Miss. (AP) - A coroner has released the name of a man who died after he was hit by a train in Biloxi.

WLOX-TV reports that Harrison County Deputy Coroner Brian Switzer identified the man who died Friday night as 68-year-old Douglas Bumstead. The television station reports that Bumstead was originally from Tennessee.

Switzer said the man died from blunt force trauma. The conductor of the train told authorities Bumstead walked in front of the oncoming train. Switzer said he’s still waiting for the results of a toxicology report.
