STANLEY, N.D. (AP) - Authorities have identified a 26-year-old Parshall man who died after the pickup he was driving rear-ended a semitrailer in Mountrail County.
The Highway Patrol says David Sopher died at the scene on U.S. Highway 2 in Stanley on Tuesday night.
The semi driver wasn’t hurt.
