LOS ANGELES (AP) - The Latest on California congressional races (all times local):

6:10 p.m.

Democrat Gil Cisneros has widened his lead over Republican Young Kim in a Southern California House district, but the race remains too close to call.

The 39th District, anchored in the northern part of Orange County, is the last undecided House contest in California.

Democrats have already picked up five Republican-held seats.

After Kim grabbed an early edge in the district held by retiring Republican Rep. Ed Royce, Cisneros on Thursday climbed into a 941-vote lead.

An update of vote tallies Friday showed Cisneros was leading by about 3,000 votes. Thousands of votes remain uncounted.

Kim is seeking to become the first Korean immigrant woman elected to Congress. Cisneros is a Navy veteran and $266 million lottery jackpot winner.
