DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say they’ve arrested a man who tried to steal a tip jar from a pizzeria when employees weren’t looking.

Police said Sunday they’d arrested 46-year-old Titus Rodriguez on charges of attempted robbery.

Police said Rodriguez visited Pizzeria Porta Bella in Dover and grabbed the tip jar while employees were busy. As he tried to leave the restaurant, he was confronted by employees. After a struggle, employees restrained him until troopers arrived, police said.
