ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. (AP) - Police have arrested two men in connection with a fatal shooting at a North Carolina bingo hall.
Rocky Mount police tell news outlets 23-year-old Torrin Thomas and 19-year-old Armun Dozier were arrested Tuesday with the help of the U.S. Marshals Service.
Both men are charged with first-degree murder in the death of 33-year-old Nesha Pitt during an armed robbery at the bingo hall on Sept. 21. Thomas is also charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Thomas and Dozier are being held without bond in the Nash County jail. It’s not known if either man has an attorney.
