LOS ANGELES (AP) - Authorities have arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of shooting two sisters to death and setting their Los Angeles apartment on fire.

A Fugitive Task Force involving Los Angeles police and the FBI arrested the teenager Wednesday in connection with the killings last Saturday in the Westchester area.

KCBS-TV says 16-year-old Sierra Brown and her sister, 27-year-old Unique Souvinette, had moved into the apartment a few weeks earlier.

Police say the suspect was the boyfriend of one victim and the killings are believed to be domestic-violence related.

Authorities say a second minor was arrested on suspicion of being an accessory to the killings.

Their names weren’t released.
