PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - Portland police say they’ve arrested a man for a weekend stabbing at a concert.

Police say 27-year-old Joseph Lewis, of Portland, is charged with elevated aggravated assault, and is being held at the Cumberland County Jail.

Police responded to the State Theater at about 11:11 p.m. Sunday after staff discovered someone in the crowd was injured. The all-ages show featuring Dirty Heads with Jukebox the Ghost and Just Loud was nearly sold out.

Police arrested Lewis Monday evening.

Jail paperwork doesn’t indicate if Lewis has a lawyer. He’s due to make his first court appearance on Wednesday.
