READING, Pa. (AP) - A woman has been charged with killing another woman whose body was found a year ago dumped off a rural road in eastern Pennsylvania.
Twenty-five-year-old Carmen Morales-Feliciano is charged in Berks County with first- and third-degree murder in the death of 23-year-old Madison Walb.
Her 22-year-old brother, Christopher, and another man still being sought are charged with abuse of a corpse, evidence-tampering and conspiracy.
Authorities allege that Walb was shot in the head at close range in a well-known Reading drug house in October of last year.
District Attorney John Adams said the victim was shot to death and her body wrapped up in a carpet before it was dumped in Lower Heidelberg Township.
Court documents don’t list attorneys and listed numbers for the defendants couldn’t be found Wednesday.
