DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) - Authorities have identified a Grand Forks man who died in a crash in Ramsey County on Tuesday afternoon.
The Highway Patrol says 50-year-old James Thiery was driving a sport utility vehicle that struck a trailer being hauled by a truck on U.S. Highway 2. The truck had slowed to turn off the highway and the SUV rear-ended the trailer.
Thiery died at the scene about 6 miles east of Devils Lake. The Devils Lake man driving the truck wasn’t hurt.
