FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Police have identified a man who struck and killed by a train near downtown Fargo.
Authorities say 24-year-old Trent Mitchell was struck by an eastbound BNSF Railway train about 6:30 p.m. Thursday. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident stopped the train for several hours.
Police say Mitchell does not have a permanent address.
