DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say they have charged two men in a fatal home invasion that took place three years ago.

Authorities said Friday that 32-year-old Jamar L. Waters of Middletown and 31-year-old Sylvester E. Gould Jr. of Newark are charged with murder, conspiracy, home invasion, robbery and gun crimes.

Gould was arrested Wednesday in Elkton, Maryland, where he was being held on an out-of-state fugitive warrant pending extradition. He was extradited on Friday to Delaware, where cash bond was set at more than $1 million.

Waters is currently serving a prison sentence in Delaware on unrelated charges.

The two are charged in the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Joshua James of Townsend in April 2016.
