BRATTLEBORO, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont man faces a kidnapping charge.
Police said 21-year-old Eamon Burke is accused of forcing another man into his car in Brattleboro on Monday night. The man told police he was driven around town for about an hour.
Police said a passenger inferred there was a gun in the car, but none was displayed and the man wasn’t hurt.
Burke was scheduled to appear in Windham Superior Court on Tuesday afternoon. It wasn’t immediately known if he had a lawyer.
Police are still investigating.
