MONROE, La. (AP) - A northeast Louisiana man accused of molesting two children has been indicted.

KNOE-TV reports the indictment filed Thursday charges 45-year-old Steven Marcus Kelley with multiple counts of molesting a juvenile, sexual battery and first-degree rape.

The indictment identifies two victims and alleges the abuse took place from May 2015 until December.

Kelly was arrested in March after a delivery driver reported that an upset child at a residence in Calhoun stated she didn’t want to be raped again. The driver told authorities a second child was also visibly upset.

Court records show the child told officers that Kelley forced her to engage in sexual activity “at least two hundred times.” Records show the child described things she says she was forced to do in a later interview.
