COCOA, Fla. (AP) - The Florida Highway Patrol says an 11-year-old boy was seriously injured when the golf cart he was driving overturned on a central Florida street.

Troopers said two adults were in the golf cart with the boy on Sunday afternoon.

An incident report says the boy was making a turn when the golf cart turned over. The child was airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando for treatment of serious head injuries.

No additional details were available.
