HELENA, Mont. (AP) - Hundreds of people are reporting that they felt a light earthquake in southwestern Montana.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the 4.2-magnitude quake struck Thursday evening with its epicenter just outside of Manhattan.

There have been no reports of damage.



More than 400 people reported on the USGS website they felt the earthquake. They include people in Bozeman and as far away as Helena and Butte.
