SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A woman arrested in connection with the shooting death of a Utah real estate agent has been charged.

KUTV in Salt Lake City reports that an indictment filed Monday shows Jessica Miller is facing charges of obstruction of justice, identity fraud, forgery and abuse or desecration of a human body.

Authorities say 40-year-old David Stokoe, of South Jordan, was fatally shot in January while attempting to evict tenants, including Miller, from an apartment.

Investigators later found his body in a crawl space on the property.

They arrested 31-year-old Manuel Velasquez for allegedly being the one who shot the father of four.

Miller and another woman are accused of helping to hide the body.

It was not immediately known if Miller had an attorney.
