MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - A 28-year-old Tennessee inmate found unresponsive in his prison dorm was pronounced dead at a hospital, officials confirmed.
Terrell Todd was discovered by Shelby County prison staff early Monday morning and taken to a Memphis hospital for treatment, the Shelby County Division of Corrections told news outlets on Tuesday.
Officials didn’t immediately say what may have caused his death.
