BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Bismarck police have cited a teenage girl who authorities say struck and killed a bicyclist on a sidewalk last spring.

The 17-year-old was cited for manslaughter and ingestion of a controlled substance, The Bismarck Tribune reported.

Police Lt. Luke Gardiner said Wednesday the name of the girl was not released because she is a juvenile. Police did not release details of the controlled substance she allegedly ingested.

Don Hruby, 76, of Bismarck died in the crash on April 30. Police say he was riding a bike on the sidewalk when he was struck. The teen is not in custody.
