APTOS, Calif. (AP) - A Northern California man has been arrested on suspicion of shooting a woman to death during a fight among neighbors that sent him and another man to the hospital with stab and gunshot wounds.
Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s officials said 36-year-old Patrick Collins of Aptos was booked into jail Thursday night for investigation of murder.
Investigators said that during the fight, two people fired guns which killed 61-year-old Victoria Seidlinger and left Collins injured with a gunshot wound. Another man was stabbed.

Sgt. Dee Baldwin said Collins, Seidlinger and the wounded man lived in separate homes on the same property in the rural town of Aptos.
Investigators have not determined what started the fight.
