FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Fargo police say they have detained a man after an early-morning shooting at an apartment complex on the city’s southwest side.
Police responded about 3:30 a.m. Saturday to a disturbance involving a man with a shotgun. Officers found an armed man in the stairwell of the building and also located a man with a gunshot wound on the third floor.
Authorities say the man who was shot is in stable condition.
