NEW YORK (AP) - Police say a 21-year-old woman has died after being pulled from a house fire on Staten Island.
Police say firefighters discovered the unconscious woman after responding to the fire on Hatfield Place just before 6 a.m. Thursday. Police say the woman was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The victim’s identity has not yet been released. The cause of the fire is still unknown.
