DOVER, Del. (AP) - Democratic lawmakers have introduced legislation calling for early voting and same-day registration in Delaware.
The package of legislation introduced Wednesday also includes a bill to move Delaware’s state primary elections from September to April, when the state holds its presidential primaries.
Similar bills passed the House of Representatives during the previous legislative session, but were never voted on by the Senate.
