Investigators say someone attacked the St. Tammany Parish courthouse Sunday night.

Police had gone to Cyprian’s home to arrest him for making threats against law enforcement on social media and say they found evidence that suggested he had broken windows at the courthouse.

Masters said video evidence also helped identify Cyprian as a suspect in the vandalism.

It was not known if he has an attorney.
