NEW YORK (AP) - A construction accident has claimed the life of a 67-year-old New Jersey man in Queens.
Police say a wall inside a partially constructed building collapsed and fell on the worker, identified as Jose Martins, of Warren.
The man was found unconscious and rushed to St. John’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
It happened just after 2 p.m. Tuesday at Beach 67 Street in Rockaway Beach.
