Unlicensed Georgia teen involved in crash leaving 1 man dead

SOUTH FULTON, Ga. (AP) - Georgia police say an unlicensed 16-year-old driver who took her mother’s car without permission crashed into a pickup truck at an intersection, killing the other driver.

WSB-TV reports the girl survived the crash, which is being investigated by South Fulton Police and the Georgia State Patrol.

The names of the victim and teenager have not been released.
