LOS ANGELES (AP) - A man suspected of killing his wife with a machete and wounding three other people at a Los Angeles apartment complex has been arrested.
LAPD Officer Mike Lopez said the suspect was booked into jail Saturday for investigation of murder after the early morning attack in Panorama City.
No names were released and the conditions of the injured were not immediately known.
KCBS-TV reports the wounded were neighbors of the suspect, who surrendered to police. Video shows the handcuffed man wearing a T-shirt covered in blood as he was being taken to a patrol car.
A witness named Roger Blosfield told the station the victim suffered a deep gash behind her neck.
