Former President Obama and his wife Michelle have added Spotify to their list of high-profile media deals.

Higher Ground, the famous couple’s production company, announced an exclusive, multi-year podcasting partnership on Thursday. The move expands its presence in the entertainment world, as their company is also is producing feature films and a television series with Netflix.

“President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are two of the world’s most important voices and it is a privilege to be working with them to identify and share stories that will inspire our global audience, which looks to Spotify for unique, breakthrough content,” Dawn Ostroff, Spotify’s chief content officer, said in a statement on Thursday, CNN Business reported.

The network noted that Spotify has made the acquisition of podcasting companies a priority over the last year.

Some of the Netflix projects announced in late April include the documentary “American Factory,” a feature film called “Frederick Douglass: Prophet of Freedom,” and a television show for children titled “Listen to Your Vegetables & Eat Your Parents.”
