President Trump said Wednesday he doesn’t know when special counsel Robert Mueller will release his report on Russia meddling in the 2016 election.

“I have no idea,” he told reporters at the White House.

Washington is eagerly awaiting the release of Mr. Mueller’s report, though it’s unclear when it will drop and how much of it the public will actually see after it’s submitted to the Justice Department.

Mr. Trump said he does know that his campaign is not guilty of anything nefarious.

“There’s no collusion, and there hasn’t been collusion, and it was all a big hoax,” Mr. Trump said.

He said Democrats raised the Russia issue to discredit his victory in the Electoral College, which flowed through critical swing states.

“I went to Florida. You don’t call Russia when you go to Florida,” he said. “Russia won’t help you much.”
