OLATHE, Kan. (AP) - Police in suburban Kansas City, Kansas, are investigating a shooting that left a 17-year-old boy dead.

Olathe police say officers were called to a disturbance just before 5 p.m. Friday. Arriving officers found the teen unresponsive and suffering from a gunshot wound. The officers performed CPR, but the teen was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police on Saturday identified the teen as Rowan Padgett, of Overland Park.



No arrests have been reported, and police are asking the public to provide any information on the shooting.
