LISBON, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has been indicted on charges of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl and possessing child pornography.
The Caledonian Record reports 25-year-old Zackary Tivey, of Lisbon, was charged in the May round of indictments handed up at Grafton Superior Court. He’s accused of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a minor and 31 counts of possession of child pornography.
He’s also accused of several computer-related charges for allegedly using Snapchat to entice several teenage girls into sex and requesting they send him nude photographs of themselves.

In December, multiple police agencies began a two-month investigation into Tivey.
It wasn’t immediately known if Tivey had a lawyer, and a number could be found for him.
