VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) - Authorities say a man found dead in eastern North Dakota’s Barnes County last month fell victim to cold weather exposure.
The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office tells KOVC radio that 57-year-old David Palmer died of hypothermia. No foul play was involved.
