BOLIVIA, N.C. (AP) - A North Carolina sheriff’s office says three people have been arrested in the shooting death of a man last week.

News outlets report the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office says 18-year-old Amari Tyrese Singleton and a 17-year-old are each charged with one count of murder. The sheriff’s office also says 26-year-old Shamari Quintero Massey was charged with accessory after the fact to murder in the death of 32-year-old Jaquan Deangelo Brooks on Oct. 30.

A spokeswoman for the sheriff’s office says deputies were sent to an address in Shallotte on Oct. 30, where they found Brooks. No other details about the incident have been released.

The three suspects are in custody at the Brunswick County jail. It’s not known if they have attorneys.
