PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia police say a person has been killed and another injured by men who shot them while riding all-terrain vehicles.
Police say the two men were shot about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday before officers chased and arrested one of the suspects fleeing on an ATV.
Philadelphia police Sgt. Eric Gripp says a 25-year-old male was shot multiple times and killed. He says a 26-year-old male was shot in the leg and is listed in stable condition at a hospital.
Gripp says a helicopter followed one of the escaping suspects, who was arrested by officers in the Wissinoming neighborhood.
No weapons have been recovered.
