ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - Police say a man has been shot to death in Albany.
Albany police spokesman Officer Steven Smith says the shooting happened shortly after 7:30 p.m. Friday. He says two men were arguing when one man pulled a gun and shot the other several times in the torso.
The victim was pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center. Police later identified him as 26-year-old Raheem Douglas, of Albany.
The shooting took place in the city’s West Hill neighborhood and was the area’s second slaying in a week. Twenty-year-old Kenneth Love was shot to death in the same neighborhood Monday night.
