HARDWOOD, Mich. (AP) - Emergency crews found two people dead following a house explosion in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, police said.

The explosion happened Thursday morning near the Dickinson County community of Hardwood, according to Michigan State Police.

The two people were located dead at the scene. Authorities didn’t immediately release the identities of those killed.



State police said investigators were working to determine what caused the explosion.
