TAUNTON, Mass. (AP) - A 26-year-old man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting death in Taunton last month, prosecutors said.
Kali Hollingsworth, of Taunton, was apprehended without incident outside his mother’s home at around 5 a.m., according to Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn III’s office.
He’s been charged in the Nov. 3 slaying of Jean Carlos Quinones-Lopez. He’ll be arraigned later Wednesday in Taunton District Court. It couldn’t be immediately determined if Hollingsworth has a lawyer.
Quinones-Lopez was found suffering from a gunshot wound outside a home in Taunton at around 4 p.m. on Nov. 3. He was rushed to Morton Hospital in Taunton, where he was later pronounced dead.
