FLORISSANT, Mo. (AP) - St. Louis County police are investigating after a man’s body was found in a parking lot behind a Walgreens pharmacy.
Police say the body was discovered just before 8 a.m. Wednesday near the pharmacy in north St. Louis County. The victim’s name has not been released.
Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma. The cause of death has not yet been determined.
