BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Mandan police arrested a 47-year-old man Monday in a homicide at a mobile home park.

Police were called around 3:30 a.m. Monday about a man lying on a sidewalk at the mobile home court. Authorities said the 53-year-old victim had multiple wounds apparently caused by a knife or similar sharp object. His body was found near his residence.

Police said charges are pending, and the suspect is being held in the Burleigh Morton Detention Center. The body was taken to the medial examiner’s office for an autopsy. The name of the victim has not been released.
