FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Authorities say a man who fled police earlier this week was arrested in Fargo Thursday on multiple felony charges.
Warren Misevich, 26, of Fargo, was taken into custody on charges of fourth-degree assault, fleeing in a motor vehicle and first-degree criminal damage to property. He is also wanted on misdemeanor counts of driving after revocation and disorderly conduct, KFGO radio reported.
Misevich led Moorhead, Minnesota police on a chase Tuesday after officers responded to a report that he had blocked a road with a pickup. Misevich took off in the truck and officers eventually terminated the pursuit for safety reasons.
Police said Misevich is being held in the Cass County Jail in Fargo until he can be transferred to the Clay County Jail in Moorhead.
