LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A federal child pornography trial has been scheduled in May for a former Lincoln day care worker accused in state court of sexually assaulting children.

U.S. District Court records show Titus Miller, 26, has pleaded not guilty to five counts of producing child pornography and two of distribution. On Wednesday a judge set a trial starting date of May 11 in Lincoln.

State prosecutors have charged him with four felony counts of child sexual assault involving four children that prosecutors said occurred between July 31 and Sept. 16 last year. That case remains on hold pending the federal trial.

The FBI had established a website to help investigators identify any children who may have been victimized by Miller. It said he’d worked at Playful Painters Child Care and “allegedly sexually assaulted and covertly produced sexually graphic videos and photographs of his victims.”
