SALISBURY, N.H. (AP) - The deaths of a married couple in a fire at their home were due to inhalation injuries and were accidental, New Hampshire officials said Monday.
The couple were identified as Eaton Clapp, 73, and his wife, Nancy Clapp, 70. They were found following the fire at their Salisbury home Sunday afternoon.
One firefighter suffered minor injuries.
The exact cause of the fire remains under investigation at this time, the state fire marshal’s office said.
