PHOENIX (AP) - A man and woman were found fatally shot inside a Phoenix home Monday and police said they were trying to identify a suspect.
They said officers were called to the scene about 3 p.m. Monday for a welfare check after neighbors reported hearing gunshots.
Officers found the door to the home open and a man and woman inside the house with gunshot wounds.
Phoenix Fire Department crews confirmed the victims were dead at the scene.
The names of the man and woman weren’t immediately released by police, who said they are trying to determine what led to the shooting.
