TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a woman at a Tucson hotel last month, police said Tuesday.

They said one of the suspects - 27-year-old Jahkwez Wilson - was the victim’s boyfriend.

Police said 34-year-old Christina Leeann Nunley was shot on May 17 and declared dead at the scene by paramedics.

Detectives said Nunley had been staying at the hotel with her boyfriend and his children.

U.S. Marshals located Wilson two days after the shooting. He remains jailed on suspicion of first-degree felony murder, robbery and aggravated robbery.

Police said homicide detectives were able to identify 32-year-old Chad Edmondson as another suspect in the case.

He was located Wednesday in Tucson and taken into custody. Police said Edmondson also was booked into the Pima County Jail on suspicion of first-degree murder, robbery and aggravated robbery.

It’s unclear if either Wilson or Edmondson has a lawyer yet.
