Police: Driver died of medical condition following crash

WINDHAM, N.H. (AP) - A driver died of a medical condition following a crash on Interstate 93 South in Windham, New Hampshire State Police said.

Robert Day, 69, of Derry, lost control of his van Monday morning, entered the center median and struck a guard rail before coming to rest in a snow bank, police said.

Day was taken to a hospital, where he later died, police said.

A preliminary investigation indicates that Day was suffering from a medical condition, police said.
