Craftmark Homes Inc. is building 107 single-family homes on 8,050- to 17,945-square-foot homesites at the Meadows at Morris Farm in Gainesville, a planned community with a swimming pool, athletic fields, walking trails, parks and a pavilion.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all eight models feature four or five bedrooms; 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths; hardwood floors in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; oak stairs; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile floors in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; recessed lighting; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,748 to 4,275 finished square feet, with base prices from $429,900 to $494,900. Homeowner association fees are $154 per month.

The Chevy Chase model, with 2,994 square feet, is priced from $441,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a study, a living room and a dining room.

Across the back of the home are a family room with a vaulted ceiling, a breakfast area and a kitchen. This level also has a laundry room and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a vaulted ceiling, a sitting room, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath. Three more bedrooms and a second bath complete this level.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms, morning rooms, conservatories, room extensions and finished attics.
