Inside, all 12 models feature four bedrooms; three or four full baths and one or two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, study, dining room, kitchen, mudroom and upper hall; 9- and 10-foot ceilings on all three levels; oak stairs; a second staircase; coffered ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch wood cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and under-cabinet lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a luxury master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring system; a security system; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and dual-zone gas heating and central air conditioning.

The homes have 2,957 to 6,935 finished square feet, with base prices from $799,500 to $1,825,000. Homeowner association fees have yet to be determined.

The Garrett model, with 3,485 square feet, is priced from $810,500. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room.

Across the back of the home are a study, a family room, the kitchen and breakfast area and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a luxury bath. The second bedroom has a private full bath, while two more bedrooms share a connecting bath.

Options include finished lower levels, sunrooms and other customization.
