MARYLAND (2-8, 1-5 ACC) at WAKE FOREST (5-5, 4-3)

When: 3

Where: BB&T Field, Winston-Salem, N.C.

TV/radio: CSN, 980 AM, 92.7 FM, 94.3 FM

Outlook: Maryland leads series 42-16-1 and won last year’s meeting 62-14 in College Park. The Terrapins will start sophomore C.J. Brown at quarterback a week after Danny O’Brien (broken left humerus) was lost for the season. Wake Forest has dropped three straight, but can get well against a Maryland team that’s dropped five straight games by double digits. The Terps have already yielded bowl eligibility-clinching victories to Georgia Tech and Virginia this season, and Wake Forest can add itself to the list and lock up its first winning record in ACC play since 2007 in the process.

NAVY (4-6) at SAN JOSE STATE (3-7)

When: 4

Where: Spartan Stadium, San Jose, Calif.

TV/radio:, 1050 AM, 1500 AM

Outlook: First meeting. The Midshipmen seek to complete a perfect November in their first regular season game in California since pounding Stanford in 2006. Navy brings the nation’s No. 2 rushing offense (319.7 yards per game) to the West Coast to face the Spartans, who are 103rd nationally against the run (202.5 yards allowed per game). Navy senior Kriss Proctor, one of 14 California natives on the Mids’ roster, is coming off his fifth career 100-yard rushing day, which ranks seven in school history for a quarterback. Don’t expect many penalties during the game; Navy (2.4) and San Jose State (3.5) rank 1-2 nationally in fewest infractions.

VIRGINIA (7-3, 4-2 ACC) at No. 23 FLORIDA STATE (7-3, 5-2)

When: 7:30

Where: Doak Campbell Stadium, Tallahassee, Fla.

TV/radio: ESPN2, 570 AM
